Orders can take up to 45 business days depending on customs issues. All international orders come from China from our main warehouse, and shipping with covid-19 and supply lines are causing long delays. Tracking for international orders is unavailable until the item clears customs and is handed to your local postal service, at that we will both get tracking unless you have paid $49.99 for air mail shipping. 

Our team is doing our best to accurately project the timelines for all orders, but the unpredictability in the global supply chain means that there is always a risk of orders being delayed beyond our estimations. To ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion.

We understand that it is not always possible to anticipate your technology needs over such a long window but, when possible, doing so will dramatically increase the chances that you will not experience any additional delays in receiving your product.
